Fire Island is a long and skinny island off the coast of Long Island, it is a place ussually for over the summer time, but somepeople live there year round, there are lots of little towns here, but were gonna focus on Fair Harbour.
To be honest there arent many, thats not really the point of the place, but there is a general store, an ice cream parlor, a small clothes/toy store, and a resturant down Broadway in the center of the town. There is the bay, where smaller kids play, with a jungle gym right near it. The main thing to do is go to the beach, tehre are 3 lifegaurd areas in the town, and you usually go to the one closest to you, but you dont have to.
The towns next to Fair Harbour are Dunewood and Saltair, Dunewood doest have much to do, exept tennis courts and the sailing lessons dock, both of which you need to pay for. But the other, Saltair, has much more to offer. There is a much nicer bay area with diving borards and swimming lanes, sometimes we will go over there, but thats only if we
